Arizona: On That Other Pregame Show (CBS Sports Network), Brock Vereen, Nate Burleson and Kyle Long unanimously say Kyler Murray is a better choice at quarterback today against his counterpart, Jared Goff, against Detroit.

Baltimore: Jonathan Jones on That Other Pregame Show (CBS Sports Network) says kicker Justin Tucker is a problem for the Ravens because he’s been struggling and defenses own the edge early in the season keeping offenses out of the end zone.

Buffalo: Mike Vick on FOX NFL Kickoff says Josh Allen will continue to benefit on Monday Night Football from the league-wide shift toward more runs and fewer passes.

Carolina: In an interview at the team hotel, Andy Dalton tells Aditi Kinkhabwala (CBS) that staying in rhythm with his receivers is a priority today.

Chicago: According to Cynthia Frelund (NFL Network), Caleb Williams will throw his first touchdown pass and it will go to D.J. Moore.

Cincinnati: Ben Baby (ESPN.com) reports that wide receiver Tee Higgins will make his season debut on Monday Night Football (8:15 p.m. ET, ABC) against Washington.

Cleveland: Saturday ICYMI — Offensive tackle Jedrick Willis is expected to make his 2024 debut on the Browns’ offensive line, a welcome return for Deshaun Watson and Cleveland; however, the other starting tackle, Jack Conklin, again has been ruled out.

Denver: Quarterback Bo Nix will not have wide receiver Devaughn Vele (inactive) at Tampa Bay…Katie Mox (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show advises to stay away from tight end Greg Dulcich.

Dallas: Jeff Darlington (ESPN) reports on Sunday NFL Countdown that tight end Jake Ferguson will be available against Baltimore. … Jane Slater (NFL Network) reports defensive tackle Mazi Smith is a genuine gametime decision against Baltimore.

Green Bay: BREAKING (11:30 a.m. ET) — Adam Schefter (ESPN) reports Jordan Love is inactive and will not play; Malik Willis will start against his former team … Rob Demovsky (ESPN) provides context, tweeting that a hard pregame workout generally indicates the player is just conditioning … BREAKING (11:07 a.m. ET) — ESPN shows video of Jordan Love warming up, looking like a quarterback getting ready to start … Adam Schefter (ESPN) points out that the Packers have Minnesota next week and might lean against playing Love today, but Alex Smith says every game is important… According to Cynthia Frelund (NFL Network), wide receiver Jayden Reed will get only three catches for 41 yards at Tennessee if Malik Willis starts again… Quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is not expected to start at Tennessee today, Ian Rapoport (NFL Network) reports on GameDay Morning. However, he is expected to return to the lineup in Week 4.

Houston: In his return to Minnesota, wide receiver Stefon Diggs will have five catches for 56 yards, according to Cynthia Frelund (NFL Network) … Running back Cam Akers is projected for 11.6 fantasy points at Minnesota, in place of an inactive Joe Mixon, per Kimberly Martin (ESPN) on Fantasy Football Now. However, Damien Woody (ESPN) is nervous about quarterback C.J. Stroud against Brian Flores and the Vikings defenseSaturday ICYMI — The Texans did not travel running back Mixon to Minnesota and downgraded him to out, per Tom Pelissero (NFL Network).

Indianapolis: BREAKING (11:33 a.m. ET) — Michael Pittman is active … In an arrival interview, head coach Shane Steichen tells AJ Ross (CBS) that he’s excited to get wide receiver Josh Downs back in the lineup; Anthony Richardson is excited to have his slot receiver available.

Kansas City Chiefs: On GameDay Morning, Kurt Warner (NFL Network) says the Chiefs are running the ball 10 percent more than any other season in the Patrick Mahomes era and the ball isn’t going Travis Kelce‘s way because the defenses aren’t dictating his targets. Warner believes Kelce’s fantasy points will return to normal soon. … Tedy Bruschi (ESPN) says on Sunday NFL Countdown the Chiefs have to get better play from their left offensive tackle. Randy Moss says the Chiefs will be fine without Isiah Pacheco, expecting solid performances from Samaje Perine and rookie undrafted back Carson Steele.

Las Vegas: Ian Rapoport (NFL Network) says both defensive end Maxx Crosby and defensive tackle Christian Wilkins will play today against Carolina.

Los Angeles Chargers: BREAKING (11:28 a.m. ET) — Adam Schefter (ESPN) reports Justin Herbert is active but the team has three active quarterbacks in case he can’t finish the game; wide receiver Josh Palmer is inactive … BREAKING (11:12 a.m. ET) — ESPN’s Lindsey Thiry reports Justin Herbert was not the first quarterback to take the field for early warmups; Taylor Heinicke was first, but Herbert hasn’t begun throwing just yet … Tracy Wolfson reports on That Other Pregame Show that after talking to Jim Harbaugh and Justin Herbert (high ankle sprain) during Saturday’s production meeting, she wouldn’t be surprised to see Herbert start because he’s played through painful injuries in the past. Also, in an arrival interview with wide receiver Quentin Johnson tells Wolfson he expects Herbert to throw him the ball today … Omar Ruiz (NFL Network) reports on GameDay Morning that Justin Herbert (questionable) will test his ankle, which sidelined him during practice this week, during pregame at Pittsburgh. The key for Herbert, Ruiz says, will be whether he can move enough to avoid taking unnecessary hits against T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith and the Steelers.

Los Angeles Rams: Peter Schrager on FOX NFL Sunday expects a combination of wide receivers DeMarcus Robinson, Tyler Johnson and rookie Jordan Whittington to step up and produce for the injury-riddled Rams. Julian Edelman says Sean McVay and Matthew Stafford could take a Mariachi band and make it productive in an NFL game.

Miami: Adam Schefter (ESPN) reports running back Raheem Mostert (doubtful) is again expected to be inactive at Seattle.

Minnesota: In an arrival interview live from Minnesota, Justin Jefferson on ESPN says he’s ready to play and his quad is feeling phenomenal … Kimberly Martin (ESPN) reports on Fantasy Football Now that Justin Jefferson will get even more targets with Jordan Addision out against Houston, and the Texans know that; medical expert Stephania Bell says she’s not worried about Jefferson’s quadricep contusion today.

New Orleans: Tight end Dallin Holker is active and expected to make his NFL debut … Bridget Condon (NFL Network) reports on GameDay Morning that Philadelphia focused this week on stopping the run against Alvin Kamara and the Saints. The Eagles have allowed more rushing yards over the first two weeks than any season in 40 years. … Jeremy Fowler (ESPN) reports the Eagles plan to work out safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson in pregame and Philly is optimistic his foot will allow him to play against Derek Carr, Chris Olave and the Saints. … Nick Underhill (NewOrleans.Football) reports Taysom Hill is not expected to play and bigger roles are expected from Adam Prentice, Juwan Johnson and Foster Moreau.

New York Giants: Kurt Warner and Daniel Jeremiah (NFL Network) say Malik Nabers is everything in his early NFL career that he showed on his college tape, and both expect Nabers to continue to be the primary target of Daniel Jones for the foreseeable future.

Philadelphia: Safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson is active … Kurt Warner (NFL Network) says on GameDay Morning he’s concerned about Jalen Hurts in the passing game. … Dan Graziano (ESPN) reports on Fantasy Football Now that wide receiver A.J. Brown (inactive again today) will need to show a lot at practice in the upcoming week to play at Tampa Bay in Week 4; the Eagles have a Week 5 bye. Expect the offense to run through Saquon Barkley in the meantime.

Pittsburgh: Russell Wilson is again inactive … Omar Ruiz (NFL Network) interviews on arrival head coach Mike Tomlin, who says Justin Fields doesn’t need extra steps to improve confidence and while he might be new to the Steelers, he’s certainly poised enough to win in the NFL.

San Francisco: Saturday ICYMI — Tight end George Kittle was downgraded to out at the Los Angeles Rams, opening the door for Eric Saubert potentially to enjoy a big day. … Katie Mox (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show expects running back Jordan Mason to see more passing-game production today with the team’s injuries at receiver and tight end.

Seattle: Adam Schefter (ESPN) reports running back Kenneth Walker (doubtful) is again expected to be inactive.

Tampa Bay: Defensive tackle Vita Vea is inactive

Tennessee: Running back Tajae Spears (ankle) is active.
