Atlanta Falcons: Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that Bijan Robinson projects as the top running back today and will get 83 yards and a touchdown on the ground, in addition to four catches for 31 yards…Tight end Kyle Pitts will continue his upward trend against Dallas, Liz Loza (ESPN) on Fantasy Football Now expects…Rex Ryan (ESPN) on Sunday NFL Countdown says both running backs, Bijan Robinson and Tyler Algeier, will run wild on the “sorry Dallas defense.”

Baltimore Ravens: Cornerback Marlon Humphrey is active…Newly acquired wide receiver Diontae Johnson is expected to be active today against Denver but should see only 15-20 snaps as he adjusts to the playbook, per Jordan Schultz. Tracy Wolfson (CBS) said John Harbaugh told her he would play 10-15.

Buffalo Bills: Amari Cooper is inactive; WR Curtis Samuel is active…Wide receiver Amari Cooper (wrist) will be a gametime decision, whether he can feel like he’ll be effective in the game, according to Kimberly Martin (ESPN) on Fantasy Football Now, noting that Cooper’s presence affects other receivers, such as Keon Coleman.

Carolina Panthers: WR Xavier Legette is active…Peter Schrager says on FOX NFL Kickoff that he does not expect the Panthers to trade QB Bryce Young, CB Jaycee Horn or RB Chuba Hubbard… Rookie wide receiver Xavier Legette (questionable, toe) is expected to play, per Jordan Schultz. … Wide receiver Adam Thielen and running back Jonathon Brooks are both out.

Chicago Bears: Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that DJ Moore will have five catches for 59 yards in a close Chicago win…Jeff Ratcliffe (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says Caleb Williams is set up for a big bounce-back game today against Arizona…Cornerback Tyrique Stevenson won’t start today at Arizona, per Ian Rapoport, a disciplinary move after he taunted fans at the end of the Daniels Miracle Victory.

Cleveland Browns: RB D’Onta Foreman is inactive but CB Denzel Ward is active…Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that Jameis Winston will pass for 244 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in a two-point win over the Chargers…Brock Vereen (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show points out that tight end David Njoku should have a great day because new play-caller Ken Dorsey loves tight ends…Katie Mox (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says wide receiver Elijah Moore will get more than 40 receiving yards against the Chargers…Ian Rapoport says edge-rusher Za’Darius Smith is likely to be traded prior to Tuesday’s deadline. Also, cornerback Denzel Ward (concussion) is expected to play today.

Cincinnati Bengals: WR Tee Higgins and RB Zack Moss are inactive … Running back Chase Brown is an excellent start today per Jeff Ratcliffe (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show because Zack Moss is likely out and the Raiders have been kind to running backs lately.

Dallas Cowboys: Adam Schefter (ESPN) reports Trevon Diggs will be active today…Guard Zack Martin is active…Running back Ezekiel Elliott did not travel as a healthy scratch, per Jane Slater (NFL Network). According to a number of sources, both parties decided it was best for him to take a weekend away from the team. … On defense, linebacker Eric Kendricks (shoulder) is expected to play while cornerback Trevon Diggs (calf) is a game-time decision, per Ian Rapoport.

Denver Broncos: In an arrival interview with Tracy Wolfson (CBS), wide receiver Courtland Sutton says Bo Nix and the Denver offense will attempt to capitalize on a Baltimore secondary affected by injuries.

Detroit Lions: Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that the Lions will win by one point and Amon-Ra St. Brown will have six catches for 79 yards and a touchdown… Tight end Sam LaPorta will top 10 fantasy points against Green Bay, Liz Loza (ESPN) says on Fantasy Football Now, noting LaPorta gets many more targets when Jameson Williams is off the field (Williams is out today).

Green Bay Packers: Tedy Bruschi (ESPN) says on Sunday NFL Countdown that Josh Jacobs will have a big day in the rain against Detroit…Both quarterback Jordan Love (groin) and running back Josh Jacobs (ankle) are expected to play, Ian Rapoport says.

Jacksonville Jaguars: Running back Tank Bigsby (questionable, ankle) plans to play, says Jordan Schultz. Ian Rapoport says Travis Etienne (hamstring) is also likely to play today, barring a setback, as is wide receiver Brian Thomas (chest). Rapoport says wide receiver Gabe Davis (shoulder) is more of a longshot.

Indianapolis Colts: Josh Downs averages much better numbers with Joe Flacco as opposed to Anthony Richardson and will continue that trend against Minnesota, says Liz Loza (ESPN) on Fantasy Football Now…Katie Mox (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says Joe Flacco will post 249 passing yards today against Minnesota, which is allowing the third-most passing yards and hasn’t held a quarterback under 240 since Week 1.

Los Angeles Chargers: DJ Chark is inactive but linebacker Joey Bosa is active…Wide receiver DJ Chark has been activated from injured reserve.

Los Angeles Rams: Peter Schrager says on FOX NFL Kickoff that Puka Nacua will play…Wide receiver Puka Nacua, who missed part of Thursday’s practice after injuring the same knee that sidelined him earlier this season, missed practice Friday but is hopeful to play today.

Miami Dolphins: Jevon Holland is inactive…Kimberly Martin (ESPN) on Fantasy Football Now says Jaylen Waddle is generating fantasy optimism with Tua Tagovailoa back, noting that Waddle also benefits from a healthy running game led by De’Von Achane.

Minnesota Vikings: Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that Minnesota will beat the Colts in large part because Aaron Jones will rush for 79 yards and a touchdown, and catch three passes for 19 yards.

New England Patriots: QB Drake Maye is active…Peter Schrager says on FOX NFL Kickoff that he does not expect safety Kyle Dugger or defensive tackle Davon Godchaux to be traded…Katie Mox (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says tight end Hunter Henry will catch a touchdown today because he’s one of New England’s only viable targets for Drake Maye (concussion), who will start.

New Orleans Saints: Head coach Dennis Allen in an arrival interview with Amanda Balionis (CBS) says Derek Carr‘s return bring important continuity and veteran presence to the Saints’ lineup.

New York Giants: Jeff Ratcliffe (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says Tyrone Tracy is a solid start because Washington has allowed five touchdowns to running backs over the past three weeks…Ian Rapoport says edge-rusher Azeez Ojulari is likely to be traded prior to Tuesday’s deadline.

Seattle Seahawks: Jeff Ratcliffe (CBS) on That Other Pregame Show says Jaxon Smith-Njigba is a strong start today because DK Metcalf is out and the Rams gave up a touchdown in the slot last week.

Tennessee Titans: RB Tony Pollard and WR Tyler Boyd are active…QB Will Levis as expected is inactive…Running back Tony Pollard (foot) didn’t practice this week but there’s still optimism he plays today, per Ian Rapoport. … Quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) also is out again today, leaving Mason Rudolph to start.

Washington Commanders: Brian Robinson will be inactive today, Adam Schefter reports…Dan Graziano (ESPN) reports on Sunday NFL Countdown that Brian Robinson had a long conversation with Dan Quinn and RB coach Anthony Lynn, which seemed to end poorly judging by body language; Graziano says keep a close eye on Robinson’s availability at 11:30 a.m. … Cynthia Frelund (NFLN) says on Gameday Morning that WR Terry McLaurin projects for five catches, 66 yards and a touchdown in a 27-20 win over the Giants…Alex Smith (ESPN) on Sunday NFL Countdown says Washington must avoid a letdown today and rise up on the offensive line against a Giants team that leads the NFL in sacks and dropped Jayden Daniels five times in their Week 2 meeting … Running back Brian Robinson will test his hamstring during pregame warmups for a Washington club optimistic that he can play, per Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport; Dan Graziano (ESPN) says on Fantasy Football Now that Robinson is expected to play; Graziano adds that Jayden Daniels (rib) was able to practice all week, unlike leading up to last week’s Daniels Miracle Victory, and the injury is an issue of pain tolerance.
