The Philadelphia Eagles lost six of their final seven games, including a Wild Card playoff at Tampa Bay, but their offense will lead them back to their perch in the NFC East, according to The Ringer’s Sheil Kapadia.

Kapadia predicted the Eagles – who signed Saquon Barkley away from the Giants and hired Kellen Moore as offensive coordinator – will finish with the NFL’s eighth-best offense in 2024, ahead of Buffalo (ninth), and Baltimore (10th), as well as division rivals Dallas (12th), Barkley’s former Giants teammates (27th) and Washington (31st).

For those who watched Hard Knocks this offseason, the Giants were desperate to find a young replacement for quarterback Daniel Jones, Kapadia wrote.

“They weren’t able to do so, and now Jones is throwing embarrassing preseason picks, the offensive line looks like a disaster, and the Giants continue to travel down a road to nowhere.”

In Dallas, Kapadia says the Cowboys are likely a top-10 offense with a healthy Dak Prescott, but overall, “this looks like a high-floor, low-ceiling group.”
